At D.A.W.N. Light Counseling Services, PLLC, we are committed to providing quality care to
all clients. To ensure the availability of services for everyone, we ask that you carefully review and adhere to our cancellation policy.
Clients are required to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this advance notice will result in a No-Show and Rescheduling Fee of $125. Appointments canceled with more than 13 hours but less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $62.50. Clients who miss two consecutive appointments without proper notice will be terminated from services. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this policy, which helps us ensure fairness and maintain the availability of services for all clients.
